Hope you all are having a great week so far. I just got back from getting a manicure and pedicure. It was much needed. Another way I prep for Spring is I love to get a pedicure and manicure. It just always makes me feel refreshed/ prepped for sandals weather. I can’t believe we are already in April.
With the start of Spring and Summer I am trying to eat healthier. Which eating healthy doesn’t always have to be boring. This is where Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen comes in. They have so many tasty salad and soup options that are made fresh in house. All of their food is locally sourced in Kentucky. Which I love that I am supporting by own state. I visited the Louisville location and ordered the Bluegrass Blackberry salad. My favorite part about this salad is the apple chips. I usually eat them first, they are that good. This salad is such a great combination as well. It has in it strawberries, pecans, and feta. So delicious I could eat it everyday. Which I do frequent Vinaigrette Salad often. The day I went was a warm day in the 60s and the lemonade topped off my meal perfectly. Their lemonades are also made fresh daily and the flavors are not something you will find anywhere else. They have flavors such as the Cucumber Lemonade which is so tasty. This time I got the Strawberry Lemonade. It was delicious! So if I was to give you any advice it would be always order the lemonade. You won’t regret it 🙂
